These are just what I needed. Non gmo, dairy free, soy free and gluten free. Very strong smell, but that’s how these are. Very good to add into a daily routine. I can’t really weigh in on health benefits as it’s been recently started. I am impressed, they’re easy to swallow and this is a great price for quantity

Almost stopped taking but kept going, thankful that I did. I take one a day, morning, and with a meal, and its been a little more than a week and I can't express enough how this is helping with my sinus/allergy- months of OTC meds that just got expensive and didn't work. Everything feels different, and can finally get a good nights sleep!! I also got the vitamin B2/K3 and the astaxanthin and can take them together with my coffee, then take the oregano with food, then I don't taste it!! Here to stay TY 💜

I've used oregano oil with great success in treating cough and flu symptoms, including congestion. Pure oregano oil, however, is very hard to take directly, diluted with water or not. This softgel form is very convenient and easy to use. I can smell the oregano but the aroma is very faint. I love being able to take a couple of these softgel capsules without the burning or strong smell. I had no adverse reaction after taking these. The oregano oil is natural, easily absorbed and did not upset my stomach. Definitely recommended! These are much better than taking the oil by dropper.

I have bought dozens of microingredients products. They are simple and seem to be of good quality ingredients.My doctor advised me to get oil of oregano to help my lungs so I could breathe easier (I have asthma). I have used ginger, inhalers and many other supplements and pharmaceuticals and oregano has provided greater relief than anything else so far. I highly recommend this product. I am buying some for my dad for his birthday.The ingredients are extracts, obviously. The pills would be giant if they were not. Everything in the pills is stated on the package.
