30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Daily Visant, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If, within 30 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms set out below.
Guarantee Details
- Covers up to a one-month supply of each product
- Maximum refund of $200 per order
- Applies to one-time purchases and first subscription orders only
If You Order More Than One Product
- If you purchase multiple units of the same product, the guarantee applies to one month’s supply of that product only
- If you purchase multiple different products, the guarantee applies to one month’s supply of each product, up to the $200 per order cap
Defective or Incorrect Products
A refund will be issued at no cost to the customer if the product:
- Is incorrect
- Is damaged by the carrier
- Is defective in any way

Taste Preferences
Taste is personal, and individual experiences may vary. While we work hard to create formulas that are both effective and enjoyable to use, refunds cannot be issued based solely on taste. Allergies or Sensitivities

Ordering More Than Intended
Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns. If you placed an order by mistake or ordered more products than intended, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Ordering the Wrong Product
Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the correct product before completing their purchase. If you need help choosing, please contact our support team before ordering. If you realise you have ordered the wrong product, let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to help before dispatch, but once the order has shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.
Cancelled and later reactivated subscriptions
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the original first subscription order. If a subscription is cancelled and later reactivated, any orders placed after reactivation are not considered a new first subscription order and are therefore not eligible for a refund under this policy.

2. Share Your Feedback: Returns are not required, but we’d appreciate hearing about your experience.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
